Luis's room

New luxury building, directly across the street from the waterfront park, ferry, and pier. Building has an excellent gym, 2 outdoor terraces, grill space, and club room. The building has 8 elevators and a service elevator, 24hr doorman, package room, and full service laundry facility. Relatively quiet area, except for nice summer days when it can get a bit touristy. The apartment is on the 4th floor facing east (no city view) and has a dishwasher and washer dryer in unit. Shared bathroom. Rooms are separated and do not share a wall, so privacy should not be a problem. Small kitchen but it does have an island sink with space for barstools and faces the living room. It also has it’s own window. Room will be unfurnished as I don’t have much furniture at the moment. May be able to provide a full size bed/ mattress for you if needed.

Allergic to pets unfortunately. Sober so I don’t drink or smoke, but I don’t mind if you do (no smoking inside the apt please although Vaping is fine with me). I do intend to have a guy over every now and then, and I don’t mind if you do either.
