hello! this is a 3 bed, 1 bath unit with appliances, wifi, and water/garbage included in rent. myself and another roommate have been living here for almost a year with a cat (she will need to be a solo pet here). about a 10 minute walk away from the redline. parking on the street. (Preferably looking for someone in their early 20s!)

i’m currently a masters student and my roommate is also a student! we like to keep the apartment fairly clean (any messes in our own rooms). We are 420 friendly, enjoy eating at restaurants/coffee shops, going to concerts, thrifting, and exploring the city. we would like to become friends with our new roommate!
