Laundry in the place as well free and it’s super close to Walmart and Sam’s and not to far from shopping. I-95 is 5 minutes down the road so great for anyone working in Orlando or surrounding areas. If you rent the room I would like the consideration of at least a 30 day notice to give me time to find another roomie. Light and water will be split in 2 everything else included.

I live alone barely in my house I work a lot. I am very easy to get along with and to communicate with. I am very clean and expect the same of roommate. If you make a mess please clean it. If you’re not clean or responsible it will not work. Kitchen has to be cleaned at all times when used and bathroom as well. Bathroom shower is shared.
