The room is large and spacious, with a walk-in closet, a regular closet, and an en-suite full bathroom. I personally have a queen-sized bed and multiple other large pieces of furniture with plenty of space left! Very convenient location with 3 different freeways all within a 5-8 minute drive away and several schools and the University of San Diego within walking or short driving distance. There is 24/7 security to enter the premise in addition to fob-locked doors and gates, which provides tenants with a great sense of safety. You will also get to see the Sea World fireworks from the balcony!

Looking for someone to move into master suite with 2 roommates in August. I will be moving out by July 31st and looking to find someone to take over this suite. As for the roommates, both are very outgoing and responsible. They prefer their roommate to also be a working professional or graduate student between 25-35 years old, and someone who will not only be a roommate but a friend too. They are both social, enjoy going out, getting boba, checking out places around San Diego, and overall just enjoying a good time. Both like to include everyone in everything they do, like movie nights, wine nights (if you drink), chilling at home, or just hitting up the town together are common ways they enjoy spending free time, but they also enjoy personal time too. One is a cosplayer and attends a few conventions in SoCal and the other enjoys comics and nerdy culture so sometimes you’ll see their crafts and hobbies in the living room as a convention comes up, but they make sure to clean up after. One of the roommates has a small dog, he is very very cute! There is a hefty tea collection in the kitchen :)

They love making friends and hope to have another roomie bestie in the apartment!~
