Looking for someone to take over the last month of my lease (July 1st - 31st). If approved to sublet by the landlord, you will be eligible to RENEW the lease. My security deposit will carry over if you do this, meaning you wouldn’t have to come up with one, and you would receive the leftovers once you moved out. It’s a 2 bed (these are small but not sardine cans) 1 bath in an apartment complex that is relatively peaceful. Also decent sized living room, but small eating space in the kitchen. It’s probably zoned for 3 or 4 occupants. Idk what the square footage is, but me and my partner have lived here for a year without feeling cramped. You’re welcome to come take a look at it. Pictures are obviously as it’s currently lived – all furniture and belongings would be gone by June 27th. Major Drawbacks: washer/dryer are shared by apartment building, not in unit, and the parking is lot + street (no garage). A/C is an industrial swamp cooler – extremely effective, but must be turned on and off manually. Windows have great seal, though, so keeping a good temperature is not hard. Noise isolation is pretty good from the downstairs apartment, but you will hear the neighbors on the stairs and you’ll hear their front door.

We will not be living in the place after June 27th, so this box doesn’t really matter to you. I am a grad student at CU Boulder and my partner is a lifeguard with the city of Longmont.
