Francesca's room

We seek out third roommate to join us in our 4 bed/3 bath house in Ft. Collins. Lease is from 8/1/23 through 7/31/24 but our prior roommate is moving out a little early so a July 1st move-in date is available.

You would have two adjacent rooms and the hall bathroom to yourself. The second room is smaller and works great as an office space. Rent is $740 ($710 for June). First and a $617 safety deposit due at move in. Utilities are separate and are usually around $100/month. Landlord requires a credit report with the application.

LGBTQ+ Friendly. 420 Friendly. No smoking in the house. Parking available. In-house washer and dryer. Central AC/Heat. Storage spaces available. There is a small dog (~25lbs) and cat already in the house and we’re not looking to add more pets at this time.

We’re working professionals (1 female and 1 male) both in our mid thirties. Francesca enjoys building legos, fishing, curling 🥌, and is an avid reader (non practicing). Sam enjoys biking, tinkering with electronics, and tennis.

We’d love to find someone in a similar age range. There are shared living rooms on each floor, garage/workshop, a large fenced-in backyard, three-seasons porch, and small patio. We both like to cook and hang out and share a meal or some beers.
