Lovingly updated room with shared bathroom located in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse. The room is light, bright, and refreshing with a large closet and window. It is fully furnished with a large elevated queen bed, bedside table, and a study/makeup table and chair.

The townhouse is located in the heart of the City of San Gabriel. It is convenient to multiple shopping centers, live theater, Almansor Golf Course, parks, and is walking distance to tons of delicious eateries, the library, City Hall, post office, Police Dept. Fire Dept., and the beautiful Historical San Gabriel Mission Church District.

Parking space provided, washer and dryer available, shared kitchen and living room space (please help keep the house clean and pick up after yourself), utilities included (water, electricity, gas, internet, Netflix).

We are part of an HOA and one of the rules includes absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vape, cannabis).

I am a working professional, my current position allows me to work from home 3 days a week. I am a non-smoker and drink only socially. Most weekends I’m out and about or with my large family.
