Maria's room

I have a spare room for rent with a share bathroom. There is no kitchen usage and parking available for an extra fee. The home is share with a young man and a woman. Home is 3 bedroom 2 baths. newly renovated with a small yard and covered parking.

We are looking for someone with a full time job. Who keeps the premises clean and tidy. Someone mindful of others who keep volume down. No pets are allowed and we have no tolerance for drugs. Visitors are encourage to keep to a minimum since there is relly no space in your room to entertain. No overnight guest are allowed.
