South Hale Avenue

It’s a two bedroom two bath. Shared living and kitchen area. Laundry place is right across. There is a pool available as well. You’ll have your own room and bathroom. As for parking, you can either choose to pay an additional 50 for your own parking spot or park offsite.

I graduated a year ago from cal state and my roommate is planning to move out which leaves an open room and bathroom. I like to keep a clean space, therefore I really only care if our shared areas are maintained clean. Since I have the bigger bedroom I took on the bills or wifi and gas and electric. I’d say I can be easy going and mainly stay in my room. Any other questions feel free to ask :)
