I will pay for your first 2 months of rent!!! Searching for someone, or two people who want to be roommates, to take over my lease at Sol at West Village from September 17, 2023 to August 31, 2024. The rent can be split $700 if you choose to have 2 live in the room. West Village is one of the nicest apartment complexes in Davis, located less than a mile from the UC Davis campus. It is in a great area and the rooms and apartment units are all very nice. If you choose to live in the room alone you will have your own bathroom and closet. If you and a roommate are interested in the room, you will have more than enough room and closet space for the both of you. More info on the size of the room and the unit can be shared If you are interested! Again, I am also going to pay for your first 2 months of rent!!!

In our apartment unit we currently have 5 total roommates. Our unit has 2 single rooms, and 2 doubles. So you can have up to 6 people living in the unit. With me and my roommates all moving out, you can ideally fill in all of these rooms or as many as you need with your friends! West Village allows for you to request for roommates of your choosing.
