Sanjay's room

I am renting 3 private furnished rooms in my house. The rooms have queen bed (mattress pillows and blankets), workspace, closet and private bathroom. All common spaces are shared space. There is a living area, shared kitchen and washer-dryer, large backyard and patio.

All bills are included (water, electricity, gas and internet) and tenants have free parking spaces. The house is in a quite and safe neighborhood. Trails, gym centers and soccer field is very close-by.

We are young recently married couple with no kids. We occupy the Master bedroom in the house. We have three rooms that we are willing to rent out. I am looking for a friendly non-smoking tenant. Please no pets and couples.
