Nina's room

The subdivision/area we are in is Deer River in Spring Branch off Hwy 306 (not Houston) we are about 45 mins North of San Antonio. We are about 10 mins from Canyon Lake & about 10 mins from Bulverde. Room is furnished, has a twin bed, walk in closet & private bathroom with a HUGE shower. Neighborhood is quiet & safe, watch out for deer they will walk out in front of moving vehicles then won’t move. Need to be a dog lover, we have 5 very friendly (just annoying when barking) small & medium dogs. If you’re a smoker must smoke outside. Covered front & small back porch, plus an uncovered deck out front. No lease, so month to month is fine.

My finance lives with me & our 5 very friendly (annoying when barking) small-medium sized dogs. I have trouble sleeping from time to time but I usually stay in the bedroom. Fiance has an odd sleep schedule & may stay in the living room all night.
