This is the perfect spot for a Sac State Student. The Commons at American River is amazing apartment complex with a lot of amenities. Right next to the Guy West bridge on the American River and about a 10-15 min walk to CSUS. About a 15 min drive to downtown (depending on traffic).
About the roomies
I just graduated from Sac State in the Spring and I just got hired to work on campus. Iām very outgoing, I love to watch sports and TV. I also love to cook, most of time not just for myself. I just signed this lease for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that is NOT furnished and need a roommate as my original roommate backed out.
