Looking for a third housemate to join us in our beautiful 4-bed, 3.5 bath home.

THE HOUSE: Located between downtown and Old Town, the house has a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and new refrigerated air/heating unit. Carpet in the bedrooms, tile in the bathrooms, and laminate flooring throughout the rest of the house - all of it is new. Shared living space and washer/dryer room, guest bedroom for family/friends who visit, and a huge backyard. The backyard is currently just gravel, but we’re planning on putting in raised garden beds and working on landscaping. LGBTQ+ friendly, safe space.

THE ROOM: Large master bedroom with en suite bathroom, two closets, big window, and ceiling fan. Asking $900/month, utilities and wifi included. $500 refundable deposit.

We are two women (she/her pronouns for both) in our late twenties and thirties who work in water policy and field biology respectively. We like to keep a clean home and host mellow hangouts like dinners or board game nights. We’re both community-minded and love the outdoors! One of us has a sweet, 35-pound dog, and we’d like to keep it to just one pet in the home.
