Off Leestown Rd. Street parking and parking on the side. Garage houses my car and my brother’s car (does not live here). I have two rooms- only need one to be occupied.

Provide your own groceries and be clean please. Water has two bill (waste and use). I do have water delivered (extra fee). I have two dogs so I’m pet friendly but my dogs do bark, so if you don’t like barking, this place is not for you. I’m a minimalist who does not like clutter whatsoever. Please keep areas tidy. Provide own food. 50/50 split of rent, water, and electricity. I have water delivered, so if you want that delivered, that’s an extra fee ($30).
