About the room
I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the 2023-2024 year at The One at University City right infront of FIU’s main campus. The resident must be an FIU student, staff or faculty. The designated room on the lease is the Alton 1. I am offering to pay the resident who takes over my lease $1,200 to help take care of expenses for the first month and I will also offer to pay the security deposit. A great reduction in price to start off with living expenses! The apartment is a single one bedroom apartment including washer/dryer. The apartment is also furnished. The building includes access to pool, garage for parking and designated study rooms and areas to hang out with friends. Parking is $125 a month. If you have any questions feel free to message me
About the roomies
The resident will have no roomates given that it is a private apartment. All of the residents in the building are FIU staff, students or faculty.
