Looking for one or two other non-smoking professionals (male or female) to room with at this charming 3 bedroom/2 bath/1 kitchen farmhouse in Piney Point (20 minutes from Gate 3). Very private, beautiful location near the water in a great/safe neighborhood away from the bustle of Lexington Park. Looking to fill the two unfurnished upstairs bedrooms which share a bathroom. Roommates would have access to the rest of the home interior and exterior living space, including on-site washer/dryer. Just a short distance to beautiful St. George Island with excellent running/biking/fishing options nearby. House also has deeded access to the water off a shared pier for boating/kayaking/fishing essentially in the backyard (less than 1/10th of a mile from the house). Private message me if interested. • Utilities (Internet/Electric/Sewer) will be split evenly amongst residents.
• There are two rooms for rent. Both are spacious/good sized bedrooms. One is slightly smaller than the other, but has a higher ceiling and large walk-in closet. Room choice is first come, first serve.
• Rooms are currently unfurnished. I can furnish rooms (bed/dresser/desk/nightstand etc.) for additional $50.00/month provided enough notice is given before move-in.

I am an ESDP (developmental employee) at Pax River Naval Base and I go to work and telework in roughly equal measure. I just recently purchased this property as my first home and it is important to me that I find someone I vibe with as I will also be living here. I have many hobbies including pottery and classical piano (hope you enjoy piano music - or better yet, play an instrument yourself!). One important note is I have a peanut allergy, so it is important to me that the shared kitchen space and utensils are always cleaned promptly after use. Otherwise, I am very chill, laid-back, and easy to get along with.
