I am looking to share this wonderful house with another young professional(s) who is kind, responsible, clean, and respectful. Private Bedroom in Shared House $1,000/month + Utilities Located walking distance to downtown Westerly, RI. Minutes to the beaches!

Unique opportunity to further reduce rent if we both agree to and find a suitable roommate to rent out the vacant third private bedroom. Otherwise we can keep it as a spare bedroom (I am open to either option).

3 bedroom, 2.5 bath single family two story home with a lot of natural sunlight and large backyard walking distance to downtown Westerly. Shared kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath, and laundry room on the first floor. Medium sized unfurnished private bedrooms with closets and private bathroom on the second floor. Shared garage and basement for storage. Utilities and internet are split among roommates.

I can rearrange to accommodate incoming furniture / kitchenware in the common spaces. Large kitchen includes a gas range oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, pantry, and plenty of cabinets, drawers, and countertop space for cooking.

Unfortunately, I am unable to take any additional dogs or pets into this home. No smoking in the home.
