It’s a two bedroom apartment I’m renting out one bedroom, which is the guest bedroom and you will have the guest bathroom to yourself the living room is hardly used and furnished , i’m a 70 year old male musician that pretty much stays in my own room so the living room would be open for you. It’s 1000 a month plus around $100 more for electric and Wi-Fi. It’s near bus routes just off of E. Vista Way there’s street parking, I have all the dishes an pans ,

Like I said, I’m 70 year old male I just play my music in my room , I don’t use the living room much at all. I stay in my room, mostly and use the kitchen. I have a separate refrigerator.
