Going to be honest I am very nervous about rent my spare room I have rented it twice bad experiences last guy 39 was psychotic and try to hit my son. He left room horrible and broke the window where it wouldn’t lock my husband fixed it he broke the toilet seat and showerhead. I guess he went crazy in the bathroom. He wanted his deposit back because I have heart problems diabetes other health issues he had me so scared my daughter as well he sneak up behind us and scare us. I got a hold of his ex she told me to get him out of there he goes a bit nuts where she had move and hide her kids from him. I felt sorry for him until he try to tell us how and what to do in our own and he would never try and find a his ex said because he would have to pay chid support. If you follow rules everyone wants to be treated with kindness not pushed around in there on home make missable to come home and worry about your children no matter how old your children are they are still your children. My kids still play Xbox like those scary movies I don’t approve of. We have a basket ball hoop in the back more than welcome to play. This guy was definitely messed up in the head my sons counselor came over to meet him offered him help as his ex said he didn’t want help he doesn’t think he has problems we all saw it. He was stealing from us our groceries and stole my refills to my hand soap big ones and snook around and washed his clothes. I don’t mine you washing once a week have to wash more than once a week I ask you to pay a little on the water cost so much my water runs around 350. Anyway if you have job please show proof if you follow rules I will take less for the room it’s a huge room but it’s so cool inside winters we have a fireplace so nice and warm relaxing roaring fire we have a burning pit on the large back porch and I ask if you don’t keep an eye on my kids don’t tell them I said that lol.
