Hi! My roommate is moving out at the end of July, so I am looking for a new roommate starting August 1! It’s a 2 bed, 1.5 bath, with your own parking spot and shared laundry in the building. Rent is $1200 + utilities. The place is right by the Grove, Beverly Boulevard, Pan Pacific Park, and is super walkable to great supermarkets and restaurants/bars. I’ve lived in the unit for 3 years and love it!
About the roomies
A little about me: I’m an elementary school teacher, I enjoy going for walks and being outside, practicing yoga, and playing piano (I have a keyboard in the living room).
