Nice, clean furnished/unfinished room in basement of home. Open basement with entertainment area, own bathroom. Dogs are welcome as long as they are house trained. No cats. I have twin daughters part time, so I am preferably looking for a female roommate. New hot tub in back patio with a large back yard.
