(On the border of Mary Esther and Fort Walton Beach). Newly renovated master bedroom, full private en-suite bathroom(direct access), and walk-in closet. This property is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Close to the beach(5 minutes from beach access!) Minimum stay of 6 months.

There is a coded door lock on your door for your privacy. The blow-up mattress is no longerin the room ! My bedroom is on the other side of the house so we won’t hear each other.

I have an office area room that you are more than welcome to use for any office work or school work.

Very large driveway can fit 3-4 cars. There is a brand new privacy fence built, a large shed(for privacy and storage), as well as a hot tub in the backyard!

$1291 including utilities. Security deposit: $400. Rent and security deposit will be due by move-in day. Must show proof of income and provide a verified rental reference. Must be respectful, neat and non-smoker (inside the home). You’ll be sharing the common areas of the home with myself.
