This apartment is very close to Kroger and Costco for grocery shopping and is about 7 min drive to downtown royal oak. In the apartment complex, there is a big pool as well as a club room tenants can go in anytime. They have a pool table as well as a basketball court. There is a sand volleyball court on the complex as well. I will be removing the desk and everything else in the room shown so it will be empty and ready for anyone to move in.

It is currently just me living in the apartment, current roommate moved out so I am looking for another person to fill in the room. I enjoy playing sports, usually it will be soccer or volleyball but enjoy learning all sports. I like to go hiking. I am a quiet person until people get to know me then I will talk more. If I stay in because I have no plans, I will probably be on my ps5 for a couple hours either playing games or watching shows. I am a young professional who usually works from home but also will go into the office a couple times a week.
