The apartment building was newly built in 2019, with very new and complete facilities, in-unit washer & dryer, master room with private full bath.

I wish to sublease the 3.5 months from September to December, and the lease can be renewed afterwards. The whole apartment rental price $3830 + utilities, etc (now the new lease has risen to $4000+); parking $100 per month.
