This apartment is perfect for a working professional or a graduate student looking to be close to NYC. Close to Prudential , Court house and many colleges in Newark like Rutgers, NJIT, Essex Community College etc.

There is bus stop infront of the building that goes to Newark Penn Station which is around 15 mins walking distance also. Very commutable to NYC and Airport - EWR (8 min drive)

• Shared living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer
• Rent is $1000 a month
• Utilities are not included (ranging around $75-$100 which includes WiFi + Gas+ Electricity)
• Security deposit is $1000
• Available as early as July 1st (you can come see the place before then)
• Month-Month basis is also available, with non-refundable security deposit of $500

Preferences:

• Must be clean and quiet.
• References must be provided.
• Proof of employment or college enrollment is required.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking allowed (cigarettes or marijuana)
• No couples or frequent overnight guests
• This apartment is equipped with Nest thermostat , Keypad accessible door entry and camera.
• Accessories for Kitchen are already provided. Feel free to use them.
• Espresso Coffee machine is available for use. Preferred to be used carefully.
• There is a 65 inches TV in living space and recliner couch. I have subscriptions to Amazon Prime, HBO Max would be happy to share to watch TV Shows.
• We will meet over a coffee to see- if we are compatible as roommates and possibility to sign a roommate contract to be safe.
