Private single occupant unfurnished carpeted room 11x11 (NEW Carpet will be installed)–rent has all utilities included. Month to month.

Room comes with a ceiling fan.

All utilities included in monthly rent (electricity/internet/water/AC).

Short term or long term ok. Deposit is one months rent fully refundable. This is a month-to-month rent with a request for 30-day notice upon leaving. Can be prorated. Payment due when you first arrive and then on the 1st of every month thereafter.

High speed Wi-Fi. All appliances are available for use including laundry and dryer, electric stove, microwave, and refrigerators.

Shared common areas including the kitchen, living room, laundry room. Amenities include full use of kitchen and kitchen cookwares, dishwares, and other kitchen cooking tools. AC kept at a cool temperature all day long.

House built in 2012 and equipped with smart home features such as security, security cameras, and front smart locks with Shark Robot. Street or driveway parking available.

House is 1,808 sqft with 3bed/2.5bath. Must be ok with living with other people (2 occupant already living). Bathrooms are shared.

Two male professional that have full-time job. We are drama free and keep things clean and would expect the same with any newcomers. Please be respectful and communicative.
