Siriwan's room

We have a private bedroom (~120sqft) with private bathroom available in our Santa Clara home. This rent price includes all the water/electricity/wifi bill/garbage. It will also be furnished with a table/chair, a bunkbed, a desk lamp and a big dresser. Preferably looking for single, respectful, clean, male/female tenant (no smoking, no pets, no children sorry!). The home is in a nice neighborhood, super safe with mostly families. Kitchen will be shared with our family (and 1 other tenant). Everyone will share the washer/dryer in the garage. Near Sunnyvale Costco, I-280, Lawrence Express Way, US 101.

All renters must sign a 6-months lease (or longer).

Main rules: -No overnight guests. -No smoking. No drugs or parties.

Requesting $1200 deposit, background check (can be done through Roomies), proof of income and credit score for application.

Our family consists of 2 elderly adults, 1 working professional (accountant) and 1 tenant who works full time. We prefer someone who mostly keeps to themselves. We are very open to talking and communicating on what needs to be done and how to respect each other’s boundaries as roommates. Looking forward to meeting our new future roommate :)
