Unfurnished room with own bathroom at Pointe Grand Augusta Apartments. Apartment complex has pool, gym, grills, fire pit and parking. Internet and utilities included in rent. Dog and cat friendly but you’ll need to pay apartment’s pet fee upon move in.

I am usually at work or at the gym. Travel a lot on the weekends. I am a big sports fan and love the outdoors. Very considerate and clean. Would like to meet first to make sure its a good fit.
