Hastings Road Southwest

The neighborhood is safe, quiet, wide streets, mature trees, and close to shopping and food. The house is well kept, 3000 sqft, with a lot of common space, and a large backyard with deck. This large bedroom (11.5x13.5) is upstairs, close to the hallway bath that no one else uses. There is also a furnished room (15x11) with wood floor I can move the furniture out of if you prefer the unfurnished room to have wood floors.

Currently renting one bedroom downstairs. Including me there are 2 males 40 in the house and everyone is easy going, clean and respectful. There is a cat in the house.
