Rent would be $800 plus $100 flat for utilities, $900 total Ideal roommate would be 8 months or less.

Room available in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Bedroom is about 90 square foot with a closet. Bathroom is shared with one other. Parking is usually available within a block of the house.

House features washer/dryer, key less entry, porch, house is completely gated, remodeled, and furnished. There will be 3 roommates total including you.

Neighborhood gets some traffic as there is a convenient store across the street as well as neighbors walking around.

Important 8 months or less Looking for a single person to occupy room Income should be 3 times rent, so 2400$ Rent is $800 plus 100$ for water, electricity, gas, and internet so 900$ monthly total Open to any move in date

The house consists of me and Gabriel. I am a 32 year old male that works for the state full time for the state. I am in the office currently full time, after I workout at the gym in the building, then after work I will play cornhole, volleyball, and pickleball throughout the week. I also cook. The other roommate is Gabriel, he is 25 years old and goes into the office full time and is new to Sacramento, he enjoys going out to trivia and cooking.

We are both fairly quiet, we usually go to bed around 10-11 on the week days and wake at 7 AM for work at 8 AM. On the weekend ill go to the bars. Would be nice to have someone with similar work schedules.
