I am a single mom of a 1.5 year old boy and am renting/subleasing out one of our master bedrooms in our two story, 2.5 bath townhome. The rent is month to month and is move in ready. Rent is $1500 and utilities are around $100 each. The room is extremely large, and everything you see in the photos come with the room. There’s a vanity, desk, dresser and a queen bed for your use! There is also two closets! In the common areas we have a spin bike as well as a bbq and free weights in our backyard if you’d like to workout!
