About the room
Gated community in Ventana Ranch. We are looking for someone to sign onto the lease (up in June 2023 w/ MADDOX). Your room has a walk in closet and shared bathroom that is completely your own unless we have guests (rarely). Can be furnished if needed. Washer and Dryer. Parking. Safe and quiet. 25 minutes to downtown. Would have to clear with landlord for additional pets. Currently one orange tabby on premises.
