Hello, I am looking to take over my neighbor’s apartment next month but need a rather quick response/meeting/ commitment (6/10). It’s a third-floor unit (stairs only no elevator) in back of the building away from the parking lot. It is a 3+2 with one master and two parking spots (one covered). Refrigerator included and washer/dryer hook up available. I am looking for a roommate to split either the master/small bedroom and the other small bedroom/living room area….or perhaps only the master and I might take the two small bedrooms and the living room, or we can share the living room? All negotiable, total rent is $1,750 + $50/pet up to two (I have one 30lb male Malti-Poo). Negotiable situation, just inquire, please. Thank you.

Hello, I’m Brian. I am 48, retired, with no human children. I have an 8-year old Maltipoo that is essentially my Son. He is fully house trained and non-destructive. I am currently in Lehi, Utah (last 16 months) and looking to exit my current living arrangement and team up with somebody soon here in the same complex that I’m in now. My friends/neighbors are buying a home and need replacement tenants for their third-floor apartment in late June. It is a 3+2 with a great view, back side of the building away from the parking lot and has one covered parking spot. Looking for one roommate to possibly split Master + small bedroom and small bedroom + living room arrangement (can be worked out). I believe rent is about $1,700 and looking for at least a 55/45 split depending on room/parking arrangement. I am a non-smoker, non-drug user, clean, quiet, and reliable. I pride myself on being polite, respectful and willing to compromise. I’ve never been arrested, I won’t steal from you or use anything not mine without first asking. I expect the same in a roommate. Quiet is my number one priority- I don’t really want to hear loud music or have random/strange people over that I don’t know. I own a weight bench and treadmill that can be used if you’re into fitness. I don’t cook but I will often ask if you want something while I’m out. I have a preference for female roommates as I’ve had bad experiences with the male-male dynamic in the past. I’m just a better, cleaner, happier person in that situation and I find women to be less intrusive or abusive. If you have a dog that’s great- I think it’s mutually beneficial for the animals and easier to exchange dogsitting duty when applicable. I have some time to think and plan before moving so I would appreciate the opportunity to text/talk to potential roomies prior to making a commitment.
