I have a room for rent in 28 I have 2 dogs that are very well trained. Free use of dishes, kitchen, etc just looking for someone who can pay rent on time, is relaxed, and friendly. Respectful towards people’s things. Room has two closets that come with it. Don’t mind the excess stuff in pics it’s being moved into the storage in the basement. Building has washer and dryer and I pay for internet only thing would be main rent split and utilities split.

It’s just myself living here, my girlfriend will visit every so often. I work afternoons and on the weekends like to relax or go hiking. I don’t mind drinks, smoking, etc just can’t smoke in the apartment. Really laid back about most things.
