The room has a queen bed, a nightstand, a nice closet space. (desk is no longer in room)
The bathroom is very clean, walk-in shower is shared for showers only otherwise the bathroom is all yours.
Shoes off house, indoor slippers are recommended.
A house cleaner every two weeks, which is included.
The kitchen is available. Preparing food or light cooking/baking is welcome.
It is important to use water responsibly.
Storage of bike, wet suit, surfboard, wet articles in the backyard.

The room is a month to month rental, that is 1350$ a month. There is a 400$ deposit

We are both professionals and work full time during the week. We are clean, quiet and low key. We like to spend time at home bbq’ing, locally fishing, small hikes, cooking and listening to music watching tv/movies. The usual stuff.
