Located in the Folwell neighborhood in northside Minneapolis this room is located near two major bus lines one being a new BRT line. The bedroom is located on the first floor and has a bathroom down the hall. There is a sizeable deck outside and good amount of parking in back and on the street in front (if needed).

I’m a 33 years old single male that recently moved into the property. I work in a factory job on later hours that are not 9 to 5 hours so I come and go at some odd hours.
