Nice sized bedroom (130 sq. ft.) carpeted with single bed, two bedside nightstands, dresser, bookshelf, desk and desk chair, additional easy chair and heater. The room has a window, and large closet to hang clothes. You have your own bathroom with bathtub and shower head. Stackable washer/dryer outside bedroom door which share with owner. Also share kitchen, and half of refrigertor/freezer will be reserved for you. Month to Month contract with 30 days notice from either side required in writing. My unit is ground floor level. No stairs.

About the roomies

I am an early senior citizen living alone with my baby Buddy, kitten of a little over 2 1/2 years old. He is shy and not aggressive and usually hides when newcomers show up until he gets to know them. Is a very good kitten. My 40 condo community has residents that are quiet. I live a few minutes drive from Independence Mall, on Spirea Drive
