The room has a window, and large closet to hang clothes. You have your own bathroom with bathtub and shower head. Stackable washer/dryer outside bedroom door which share with owner. Also share kitchen, and half of refrigertor/freezer will be reserved for you. Month to Month contract with 10 days notice from either side required in writing. My unit is ground floor level. No stairs.

I am a senior citizen living alone with my baby Buddy, kitten of 5 years old. He is shy and not aggressive and usually hides when newcomers show up until he gets to know them. Is a very good kitten. No other pets allowed. My 40 unit condo community has residents that are quiet. I live a few minutes drive from Independence Mall, on Spirea Drive. Grocery stores and restaurants are also nearby. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed inside the condo. Wifi is available. Cleanliness is required.
