This spot is close to East Passyunk with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The Snyder stop is also close by so getting anywhere in the city is convenient and affordable. Lots of events happen in this area throughout the year. Overall a really nice area to live in.

About the roomies

Myself and my younger sibling will be in the other 2 rooms and share the other bathroom. I work from home so during the day I prefer the noise level to be lower. We are both LGBTQ+ and of course welcome others. Not a party house but definitely like having a few friends over to hang.
