Welcome to an inviting 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in the Rosemont area of North Orlando. Just a short drive to all the amazing opportunities Central Florida has to offer. Your private room has a queen sized bed, a nightstand, a large chest of drawers, a good sized closet, and your own private fridge. The shared bathroom has a dual shower head with a magnetic wand and a nice granite vanity. The home has a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, easy close cabinets with slide out shelving, and granite counter tops, and my wife’s coffee/tea bar. We also have numerous cooking appliances you can use, as long as you clean them and put them away when you’re done using them. The living room has a fireplace, a nice 65 inch TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and Paramount+, but the best part of the living room is the massage chair. So relaxing after a long day. The washer and dryer are in the garage. The property is on a quarter acre, and we love to garden, so there are fresh herbs for cooking and the occasional vegetable. We do have one small 12-pound dog. He is a chihuahua/terrier mix. His name is Zero (like Nightmare Before Christmas). He loves people, but sadly, he doesn’t get along with other pets, that’s why we can’t allow pets. I’m allergic to cigarettes and my wife and I both have asthma, so this is a very, very non-smoking property. Other than the occasional impatient driver zipping down the street, it is a quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. For those who want to pay as they go for utilities, it would be $775/mo for the room, plus 1/3 of the monthly utilities (water, electric, internet, security). Up to you, but the flat rate is probably cheaper.

I’ve lived in central Florida for 9 years and my wife has lived here for nearly 30 years. We both have annual passes to Universal and SeaWorld, so if you like hitting the parks, let’s hang out! I was in the Army for 9 years and then did another 5 years in Iraq and Afghanistan as a contractor before settling down in Florida. My wife is a cook and has worked at some of the most prestigious restaurants in the state. I got my Finance degree at Stetson and currently work at a law firm in Winter Park. I speak a bit of Russian and a few phrases in Turkish.
