My wife and I are renting out a private room and a shared bathroom in our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in the Rosemont area of North Orlando. It’s $850/mo for a single occupant or $1000/mo for a couple. Just a short drive to all the amazing opportunities Central Florida has to offer. Your private room has a queen sized bed, a private fridge, two night stands with lamps, a ceiling fan, a large dresser with a mirror, and a nice walk-in closet. The home features fiber optics high speed internet and a Vivint security system. The shared bathroom has a dual shower head with a magnetic wand and a lovely granite vanity. The home has a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, easy close cabinets with slide out shelving, and granite counter tops, and my wife’s coffee/tea bar. We also have numerous cooking appliances you can use also, as long as you clean them and put them away when you’re done using them. The living room has a wood fireplace, a nice 65 inch TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, etc., but the best part about the living room is the massage chair. So relaxing. The property is on a quarter acre, and we love to garden, so there are fresh herbs for cooking and the occasional vegetable. I’m allergic to cigarettes and my wife and I both have asthma, so this is a very, very non-smoking property. It is a quiet neighborhood with good neighbors.

I’ve lived in central Florida for 9 years and my wife has lived here for nearly 30 years. We both have annual passes to Universal and SeaWorld, so if you like hitting the parks, let’s hang out! I was in the Army for 9 years and then did another 5 years in Iraq and Afghanistan as a contractor before settling down in Florida. My wife is a cook and has worked at some of the most prestigious restaurants in the state. I earned my Finance degree at Stetson and currently work as a bookkeeper in Winter Park.
