55+ and older. This is a senior community Single family 3 br house w/ 2 car garage Available 1 bedroom furnished. Adjustable queen bed, full size closet small dresser. The hall bathroom tub/shower would be yours but, guests normally use; it’s the hall bath. The garage is not included but driveway parking is allowed. The community is a senior residence 55+ and provides a community pool and a community center. There are Lovely walking pathways along mountain preserve. The rent includes all the utilities but, there is $30 fee for optional internet. Trash, Water, gas & electricity, phone, and cable tv are included. Share the house, kitchen, living room and spacious backyard.

About the roomies
The owner is 95 and has a caregiver that comes weekly. He’s hard of hearing and uses a walker, but he’s pretty sharp with a great sense of humor. His family comes by for visits and they live very close by. He drives his electric scooter locally and enjoys watching game shows and just for laughs comedy.
