The room is fully furnished! It comes with a king sized bed, dresser, two bedside tables, and an armoire. Although there is not a closet inside of the room you have a ton of storage directly outside of your room.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s within walking distance from Iona university and 12 minutes driving distance from the train. There are several grocery stores in a ten minute or less driving distance.
