This is the second bedroom in the house and has a walk-in closet, two large windows looking out to the private back garden, a queen-sized bed, dresser, small desk, TV and vintage stereo. You would be using the full bathroom (shower, bath, sink) which is close by just down the hall, and even though it’s not a private bathroom, the other people in the house have their own ensuites so it would be predominantly used by you. The property is 5 acres located in the heart of wine country, with an in-ground pool and hot tub, outside lounges, and sauna. The large open-plan house has a sunken lounge, another pillow lounge area, a breakfast table, and a large kitchen with all the utilities and the stove on a kitchen island. There is a separate full bathroom, and two other bedrooms downstairs, one of which may be rented out, keeping the third bedroom for guests. There is a full laundry and double garage which is used for storage, gym equipment and a ping-pong table. The garden is maintained by the owner. The property is very private and peaceful.
I live in the upstairs room, which has it’s own bathroom. I’m in my 40s and am an electronic music DJ, and I’m very active in the Burning Man and festival community. I’m very progressive, 420-friendly, an LGBTQIA+ ally, and consider myself a humanist. I’m vegetarian, enjoy yoga and like to keep active. I like to keep a clean and well-organized house and clear communication is very important to me. Although I love bass music and parties I also enjoy a lot of quiet time and appreciate the tranquility of this property.
