I have a large room for rent in my downtown GV home that can be furnished or unfinished. Rent includes all utilities, off-street parking, yard, garden, storage, laundry, and high-speed internet. Home is within walking distance of downtown center, stores, restaurants, bus line, etc. This is a 425 square foot room above the attached garage at the rear of the house. $800 for one person or $1,000 for two.

The home is strictly non-smoking and drug-free. We have cats and would be open to an additional pet, if the right fit. An additional pet deposit would apply. Verifiable income and rental references required.
