Room in private complex right off I-35, but secluded to block traffic noise. Has balcony with private bathroom and halfbath. Room furnished with twin bed. Prefer tidy women. Male tenants must be able to be added to the lease. If gated parking is needed, must be able to be added to lease. Pet owners will need to have vet records and be added to lease.Lease holders rent will be split evenly, which is less than asking rate. In-house washer/dryer added. No profile photo/no reply.
