WHERE YOU AT ROOMIE!? Looking for a roomie to add to our space! 3.5 bedroom/2.5 bath two-story home in great neighborhood- also has community pools/jacuzzi, b-ball court and tennis courts. Full-house privileges, washer/dryer etc. Close to 14 fwy and surrounded by lots of stores and restaurants… Internet, water, trash included… Gas and electric split by number of people in home (there will be total of 3 upon your move in). Ya gotta be willing to share a bath with your male roommate, but swear he is a terrific human! He’s very respectful and clean!! In fact, so clean that you need to up your game on maintaining the bath as clean as he does, please. If you are female - DO NOT worry about sharing with this male roomie! I’m telling ya, couldn’t be a better roommate or person. I have dressers for room if you need them. However, you will need to BYOB (bring ur own bed!) :)

You would be one of three people living in the home. I already have one male renter - 31 years old (awesome guy!! Kind, sweet, you’ll love him!) and then myself - young at heart … ;-). We are both working professionals with busy lives! Both in and out a lot! Keep to ourselves but are friendly. Lookin for same - and someone trustworthy and responsible… please.
