Pet friendly and available in June I’m a male full time working professional from Canada. I typically work long hours and get home after the gym. I often go on business and personal trips. I’m seeking one or two housemates to share a double story house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in Sacramento/Elk Grove. Two unfurnished rooms, 13.5’ x 10’ including a double door wardrobe are available. You will have your own bathroom per the pictures. There is also half a bath on the ground floor. Rooms are single occupancy. The house/neighborhood is 4 year old only. All new appliances for your use; washer, dryer, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, airfrier, dishwasher, BBQ and TV. Double garage with possibility to park one car inside. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located, next to highway 99, 15 minutes drive to downtown/midtown. Close to Lowes, Sam’s Club, Costco, restaurants, etc. Backyard fenced off, perfect for pets. The house common area should always be kept clean. Plenty of room, storage and privacy. The living room furniture are all great quality, comfortable and brand new. Must love dogs and cats. I currently have a very chill and well behaved Rottweiler and I will soon get a cat. Your pets are welcome but must get along with other animals. Always pick up your pet’s poop. No excessive barking/meowing will be tolerated. Pets must be neutered/spayed. Monthly rent of $1350 for 2 rooms and your private bath. One month deposit. Additional $1000 deposit for your pet. You can also rent only one room but you’ll have to share a bathroom with one more housemate for $950 per month. One month deposit. For 2 people, electricity, gas, water, garbage disposal and high-speed internet/wifi is around $150-$200 /month/person extra. Long term rental preferable. Working professional only.
