Unfurnished bedroom with a shared bathroom in an updated 4 bedroom home located near MCC, Banner Desert Hospital, Pima Medical Institute, , and close to ASU and its transit services. The price includes ALL utilities (including Cox gigablast internet and we keep the house quite cool)! The rest of the home is fully furnished with modern appliances ready for your every need, including an on-suite washer and dryer =O! The house has a spacious kitchen for hosting and a living room perfect for lounging and hanging with friends. There is a fantastic pool in the back yard that we make sure to keep clean although, the front and back yard are currently being re-done so they will look different than the pictures. We keep the house very clean, are typically quiet, and friends are always welcome. Currently, you will be living with myself and another tenant. Looking for other young adults/ students who are clean, chill, and respectful. Have had wonderful experiences with past tenants/ roommates and hope to have more!

Currently it is only a gentleman named Paul and I living here. My brother does have a room although is not currently with us due to medical reasons. We are all males atm. I am a recent Mech Engineer graduate full time working and Paul is a student/ mechanic. We are both very nerdy, active, and easy going. We enjoy mountain biking, rock climbing, music festivals, gaming, programming/ building crap, working on cars… lots of stuff haha. We are pretty social and are either out n about or hosting friends. Some shared priorities we have in the house is school, keeping the house clean, enjoying life, and just growing as people (Its cheesy I know haha) Hopefully, you fit well in the crew!!
