Very private, peaceful, happy, country home, landscaped, fenced, 4 bedroom 3 bath house to share. We have master bedroom and room next door available. The two bedrooms include living room & front door for you only, 1 Comcast cable box with all utilities bills included. Kitchen to share with large dinning table is 300 sq ft, washer and dryer included. We have plenty of space inside and outside, lots of room for plants and gardening. No indoor pets…We are laid back, easy going family of 4 with 7 year old twin girls in one bedroom and mom lives in bed room next door, I’m Dad also General Contractor and we enter and exit house through rec room, also our TV room and my bedroom. We are a working family who gets up early everyday, so we must have quiet time 9pm. We are looking for single mom with 1 or 2 kids or a couple who can be happy with kids around. We all need to get along and you must be the rite fit for our family, you must have income, good manners and reputation that can be verified. No alcohol, drugs or drama, no over night guest, smoking cigs or weed is okay outside. We have 8 pet goats who are all pregnant and get along fine with kids, also a goose who hangs with the goats.
